- Screen and schedule candidate interviews for open positions
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with job postings and social media recruitment campaigns
- Support onboarding processes for new placements
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with agency standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
