Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conducting initial interviews and candidate assessments
- Managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job postings
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for key industry roles
- Coordinating interview logistics between clients and candidates
- Supporting onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Collaborating with senior recruiters to meet client KPIs
- Participating in weekly training sessions on recruitment best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of Washington DC's local job market preferred
