Responsibilities
- Support recruiters in sourcing and screening qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS system
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates
- Prepare and post job descriptions on multiple platforms and job boards
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates through strategic outreach
- Assist in onboarding new hires and completing pre-employment paperwork
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support
