Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews for temporary and permanent placements
- Screen resumes and applications against client specifications using ATS systems
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Onboard new temporary employees and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Manage candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems daily
- Assist with job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Collaborate with recruiters to match candidates with client requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS knowledge
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
