Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and resume reviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary placements
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends in key industries
- Build relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
