Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and interviews
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive compensation
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and permanent placements
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS database
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill high-volume positions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, recruitment, or admin roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn ATS platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (client site visits may be required)
