Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and applicants
- Maintain accurate candidate databases in our ATS system
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews and skills assessments
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to team reports
- Support marketing initiatives for job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and recruitment practices
- Valid New Mexico driver's license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly encouraged to apply
