Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate data
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Generate weekly recruitment reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No prior staffing experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Valid Washington state driver's license (for client visits)
