Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using job boards and referrals
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand hiring needs
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to team reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (client site visits required)
- Local New Orleans residency preferred
