- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Manage candidate onboarding processes and documentation
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
- Assist with job postings and employer branding campaigns
- Participate in quarterly talent acquisition strategy sessions
Qualifications
