Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, government, and healthcare
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure optimal candidate-job matching
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems and social platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Drive client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and candidate engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
