Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for technical and professional roles across Silicon Valley
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments using modern recruitment methodologies
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at top San Jose employers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding with precision
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and data analytics to optimize placement success
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages that satisfy both candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and pipeline metrics in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in sourcing technical talent (software engineers, data scientists, product managers)
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders
