Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and resume reviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data
- Assist with job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines for various industries
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand staffing needs
- Collaborate with senior recruiters on recruitment strategies
- Track key metrics and report weekly recruitment progress
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships welcome)
