Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for administrative, warehouse, and customer service roles
- Conduct phone assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage candidate databases using our proprietary ATS system
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Onboard new temporary employees with orientation materials
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork
- Support recruitment events and job fairs across Jacksonville
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- No prior staffing/recruitment experience required
