Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Miami industries
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide seamless candidate experiences
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates and new hires
- Analyze staffing metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS experience a plus)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional local travel
