Responsibilities
- Screen and Match Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to match applicants with open positions.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future job orders by proactively sourcing candidates.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide status updates.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to support our recruitment strategies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and preparing offer letters for selected candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential and attitude over specific history.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn the recruiting process.
