Responsibilities
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates for various open positions across multiple industries.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases.
- Building and nurturing relationships with local businesses to identify their staffing needs.
- Conducting thorough background checks, reference verifications, and skills assessments.
- Assisting with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.
- Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates to ensure seamless experiences.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Greenhouse or Lever is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and work flexible hours including occasional evenings.
