Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system data and maintain candidate records
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Participate in weekly recruitment strategy meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software

- Valid Colorado driver's license (client site visits may be required)
