Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution to multiple channels
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates
- Support team with administrative tasks and reporting requirements
- Participate in weekly business development meetings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- 0-2 years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
