Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely communication to candidates and clients
- Support business development efforts through market research and client outreach
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate-to-employee transitions
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
