Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Support client relationship management through regular communication
- Assist in onboarding new hires and documentation processes
- Participate in weekly team training sessions and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS familiarity
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (client site visits required)
