Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for open positions across various industries
- Build and maintain relationships with local job seekers and hiring managers
- Post job listings on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Conduct initial phone interviews and reference checks
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or admin roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
