Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with local business partners and hiring authorities
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn ATS systems
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and adaptability
