Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Assist with job postings, onboarding paperwork, and compliance documentation
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years in recruiting, staffing, or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
