Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and resume reviews
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with local job seekers and corporate clients
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and report weekly performance data
- Attend local job fairs and networking events to source talent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or admin roles
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
