Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and our proprietary ATS
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Update candidate profiles and job requisitions in recruitment software
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and direct-hire placements
- Build and maintain relationships with local Baltimore employers
- Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
