Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Build relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and direct-hire placements
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 1+ years of customer service/recruitment experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
