Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent placement opportunities
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and client companies
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms and social channels
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner organizations
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases in ATS systems
- Assist with marketing initiatives to attract top talent
Qualifications
