- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill open positions
