Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Philadelphia local preferred for client meeting accessibility
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
