Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Post job openings across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and company portals
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate interview logistics
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and reporting
- Assist in onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Contribute to departmental recruitment strategies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
