Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with local job seekers and clients
- Assist with job postings across digital platforms and job boards
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS systems
