Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and resume reviews
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with local job seekers and university career centers
- Assist in job posting creation and distribution across 15+ platforms
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry talent pools
- Support recruitment campaigns for high-demand sectors like healthcare and tech
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Valid Ohio driver's license (client site visits required)
- Willingness to work occasional evenings for recruitment events
