Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews across various industries
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and maintenance
- Screen resumes and source qualified candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and permanent placements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
