Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for entry-level positions across Baltimore
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Build and maintain relationships with local job seekers and hiring managers
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Baltimore

Qualifications
