Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for open positions using our applicant tracking system
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly progress reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
