Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions using job boards and networking
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners at client companies
- Manage candidate pipelines and update recruitment databases
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Participate in team training sessions to master recruitment techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- No prior staffing/recruitment experience necessary – we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Virginia Beach residency preferred (local knowledge a plus)
