Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Build and nurture relationships with local employers to understand hiring needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Assist with job postings, employer branding materials, and recruitment marketing
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to weekly team reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn ATS platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
