Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability for open roles.
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of temporary staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet navigation).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in an office setting.
