Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract potential talent for our client companies.
- Conduct Screenings: Perform initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage Data: Accurately input and maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Client Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating the hiring process between clients and candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Help new hires transition smoothly into their roles with our client organizations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to better serve our clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is helpful.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday).
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
