Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for temporary and permanent positions across Atlanta
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and availability
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates using our ATS
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Georgia-based companies
- Assist with onboarding new temporary employees and client onboarding processes
- Update candidate databases and ensure data accuracy in recruitment software
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance recruitment techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred
- No prior staffing/recruitment experience necessary – we train you!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
