Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify job applications using our proprietary ATS system
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment databases
- Post job openings on multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Build relationships with local job seekers and community partners
- Assist with recruitment events and job fairs throughout New Orleans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
