Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Conduct preliminary assessments of candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms
