Responsibilities
- Manage the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and activity logs.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and target companies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare candidate packets, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics and prepare weekly reports to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: A high level of self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
