What You Will Do:
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking) to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Present top candidates to hiring managers and negotiate offers.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure retention.
- Drive business development through networking events and industry connections.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Prospecting: Proactively search for and identify passive candidates using advanced search techniques and social media platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Consult with clients to define their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Screening: Perform thorough interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of salary trends and market conditions in the Atlanta area.
- Placement Coordination: Oversee the interview scheduling process and manage the offer negotiation phase.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions within our Applicant Tracking System.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we value drive and attitude over a specific degree.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident tone.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to earn high commissions.
