Responsibilities

- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate databases
- Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates
- Develop compelling job postings for digital platforms
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
