Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and candidate communication workflows
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies for client companies
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to achieve monthly hiring goals
- Participate in industry networking events and recruitment training sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service role
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
