Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and resume reviews
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our CRM system (Greenhouse)
- Assist with job postings across multiple job boards and social platforms
- Conduct market research to identify passive candidates
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks and documentation
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
