Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data
- Assist with job postings across multiple job boards and social media
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring partners across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruiting or administrative experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of Bay Area tech and startup ecosystem preferred
