Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse client positions across San Antonio industries
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments for role compatibility
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with local talent networks and professional associations
- Assist with job postings across digital platforms and career boards
- Contribute to recruitment analytics and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment, staffing, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn ATS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
